You are indispensable members of our project team. When you partner with us as a subcontractor, we treat you with the same fairness, transparency, and respect as we do our team members in-house. If your company continuously strives to deliver superior service, has an excellent safety record, and provides competitive quotes to offer bid solicitations, Morette Co. is interested in placing your company on our list of pre-qualified subcontractors. Prior to bidding on any of our projects, all subcontractors must complete and return our prequalification form. LIABILITY REQUIREMENTS

All subcontractors are required to provide insurance as stated by the project specifications or the following, whichever has the greater limits. Morette Co. must be named as additional insured and subcontractors’ policies shall contain a waiver of all rights of subrogation against Contractor. Policy endorsements are required to be provided.
