Company started by David Del Gallo and Chuck Norton. Steve Del Gallo is hired as subcontractor for Norton/Del Gallo in 1978.
1978Rick Morette Joins Norton Del Gallo
David Del Gallo hires Rick Morette as superintendent in 1979.
1979Norton/Del Gallo Restructured Into three companies
Rick stays on with David concentrating on commercial construction and Steve begins directing company towards construction management in 1983.
1983University of South Alabama Chemistry Building

1998Morette Company
Corporate name changed to Morette Company when Rick Morette became sole owner in 2001.

2005Rick Morette Passes Away
In July 2009, Rick Morette passes away and his son, Michael Morette becomes Morette Co.’s President, supported by Vice President, Sharon Morette (wife), and Comptroller, Nikki Morette Bell (daughter).
2009Margaritaville Beach Hotel
In 2010, the Margaritaville Beach Hotel became the first completed project under Michael's direction after father Rick Morette passed.
2010Baptist Health Care West Campus Expansion
In 2011, the Baptist Health Care West Campus Expansion became the first project fully led by Michael from bid to completion.
2011A.K. Suter Elementary School
The A.K. Suter Elementary School was completed in 2015.
Pensacola Christian College Rice Tower Residence Hall
In 2018, Morette Co. completed the Pensacola Christian College Rice Tower Residence Hall.
2018Morette Co. Rebrands
Morette Co. rebrands after 20 years with a tagline of Give More. Be More. Morette Co.
